2025-26 Trilogy Ladies Golf League (TLGL)
    Membership Enrollment Form

    Thank you for joining TLGL! Please note: to be a member of the TLGL you must:
        1) be a Trilogy Resident AND
        2) have an AZ Golf Association (AGA) membership/handicap listing your home course as Vistancia Women AND
        3) have an established handicap
    AGA membership enrollment opens October 1st. Please see trilogyladiesgolfleague.com/membership for additional information.  Dues must be received a week in advance for members to attend the October 23rd Tee Off Party or to start league play (October 29th Season Opener or later).
    * Hole-in One Club proceeds were dispersed during the 2024-2025 season, requiring replenishment starting with the 2025-26 season. 
    **CAGD enrollment is a courtesy option of the TLGL up until December 15. Subsequent to this date, enrollment must be handled by the Member directly with the CAGD (cagdgolf.org).

    Checks should be made payable to TLGL and either dropped off at the Proshop or mailed/delivered to Laurie Westrope, 13075 W Mayberry Trail, Peoria AZ 85383. 

    Registration and payment must be submitted one week in advance of any desired league start date.
