April 15th Captain's Cup Luncheon Registration

Our Captain's Cup season closing luncheon will take place after golf with a buffet luncheon out on V's patio. The luncheon is $26. If you'd like to join for the luncheon, please fill out and submit this registration form and payment by 6 p.m., Friday April 10th.

Please note any food allergies in the "Comments" section of this registration form.

Members will receive a separate emailed invitation for golf from the ProShop approximately one week prior to the event and will pay for their round the morning of play. There is no game fee. This registration is for the luncheon only.
